Shipping Information

Most supply item orders placed prior to 1:00 p.m. CST will be shipped the same business day except on the rare occasions that an item is temporarily backordered. Exceptions: Stenograph writing machines are custom crafted to order and cannot be shipped immediately upon receipt of order.  To learn the delivery schedule for your writer, write to sales@stenograph.com.   Some products are shipped directly from our vendor and may require a slightly longer lead time. A notation to this effect will be found in the specific product descriptions on our website. Our products are shipped via Federal Express for both air and ground service. Expedited shipping selections apply to transit times only.  If you have an active email address in our database, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when your order is shipped. Deliveries not requiring a signature will be left outside your door, or in the mailroom or management office, in your absence.  Stenograph is not responsible for packages delivered without a signature requirement. * FedEx does not deliver to post office boxes.
