	STEP 1: Customer #: Type in your customer number.		HINT: Find your customer number on any Stenograph invoice

STEP 2: Call-In#:
Type in the letters and numbers of your Call-In#.

Click here and follow number 1-4 to locate your Call-In#.

HINT:
Need to get back to your Internet window? Use ALT + TAB
or use your task-bar. Closing the dialog box will change
your Call-In# and you will have to start over again.

Do not type the hyphens. All 0's are zeros.

	STEP 3: Submit: Click submit button.		CLICK HERE What to do if you receive an error message.

	Write down the red access number that appears at the top of this page. It will be needed for the next stop in your Case CATalyst window.

	STEP 4: Go to your Case CATalyst screen/Reprogramming device box. Type in your access number and press Enter, Exciting new changes for how you'll receive Case CATalyst version 13. You'll be notified via email and through social media wih additional information as the general release date draws closer.		HINT: After successful programming, the Manage Jobs screen displays.

	SPECIAL NOTES: WHAT TO EXPECT WITH e-Key™: Everyone is talking about Case CATalyst's new keyless security; e-Key™. It's important to note that while e-Key™ is a part of Version 13, there is an additional process to receiving e-Key™. Once you have obtained Case CATalyst version 13, send an email to ekey@stenograph.com. In the email, provide your Stenograph Customer Number and the Serial Number of your security device.
